五、性状：白色到无色晶体。无臭, 有清凉咸辣味。过热分解，在潮湿的环境中微有潮解，在热空气中微有风化。加热至150℃失去结晶水。易溶于水、可溶于甘油、难溶于醇类及其他有机溶剂.

六、用途：在食品、饮料工业中用作酸度调节剂、风味剂、稳定剂；在医药工业中用作抗血凝剂、化痰药和利尿药；在洗涤剂工业中，可替代三聚磷酸钠作为无毒洗涤剂的助剂；还用于酿造、注射液、摄影药品和电镀等。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character:White to colorless crystals with cool and salty taste and no smell.It is decomposed by excessive heat, slightly deliquescence in humid environment and weathering in hot air slightly.Lose crystal water when heated to 150 ℃.It is easily soluble in water, and soluble in glycerol, alcohol and other organic solvents.

6、Usage:Used as acidity regulator, flavor agent and stabilizer in food and beverage industry;Used as an anticoagulant, phlegm dispersant and diuretic in the pharmaceutical industry;It can substitute sodium tripolyphosphate in detergent industry as the non-toxic detergent additive.It ial so can be used for brewing, injection, photographic medicine and electroplating.
