五、性能：本品为无味无色结晶或白色结晶性粉末。露置空气中约能失去8%的氨。1g该品溶于约2.5mL水，溶液呈酸性（0.2mol/L水溶液pH值4.2）。微溶于乙醇，不溶于丙酮。熔点190℃，相对密度1.08。

六、用途：在食品工业中用作膨松剂、面团调节剂、酵母食料、酿造发酵助剂、缓冲剂。还用作动物饲料添加剂。

七、包装： 内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。

八、贮存与运输： 本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It’s colorless crystal or white crystalline powder, tasteless. It can lose about 8% of ammonia in air. 1g Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate could be dissolved in about 2.5mL water. Aqueous solution is Acidic (pH value of 0.2mol/L aqueous solution is 4.2). It’s slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone. Melting point is 190 ℃. Density is 1.08.

6、Usage: In food industry, it’s used as leavening agent, dough regulator, yeast food, brewing fermentation agent and animal feed additives.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
