五、性状：白色粉末或颗粒，相对密度 2.534，熔点1109℃，易吸水潮解，易溶于水，不容易溶于乙醇。    

六、用途：适用于乳化剂，品质改良剂和螯合剂。可用于保持水产品新鲜、提高水产品的质量，提高冰激凌的膨胀度，增加蛋糕、点心的香味 ，防止奶酪氧化。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: White powder, the relative density is 2.534 and melting point is 1109℃ . It easily absorbs moisture and deliquesces, easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol.

6、Usage: It is used as emulsifier, quality modifier and chelae agent. It is also used in keeping fresh and improving quality of aquatic products. And it can increase the swelling of ice cream, improve the flavor of cakes and pastries and prevent the cheese from aging.

7、Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilate warehouse, kept away from moisture and heat during transport, unloaded with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
