五、性状：黄白色至黄褐色粉末，无臭，微有铁腥味。溶于无机酸、碱、氨水及柠檬酸盐，微溶于水（0.37%，25℃），呈乳化状态，不溶于冷水。     

六、用途：主要用于食品添加剂（适用于面粉、饼干、面包、干混奶粉、米粉、豆奶粉等产品；国外将其用于婴幼儿配方食品、保健食品、方便食品、功能性果汁饮料等产品中。）、强化剂、合成纤维防火剂、防腐颜料和催化剂等。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。
